Today in a surprising move Ron Caedes announced that as of July 3, 2009 FTWO is taking a summer hiatus until approximately the end of September. When asked as for why Caedes only comment was:
Ron: I don't have to explain to you or anyone else with the exception of my general manger why I'm doing this. Get out of my office.
When Lynn Brewster was contacted, she knew of the closure and wouldnt elaborate on it, but did say that all FTWO staff members will be paid during the hiatus, and all roster members are welcome to stay with FTWO when it opens after this break, but if the roster member asks, will be released from their contract, no questions asked.
BREAKING NEWS:
Amy Chastaine of HVW has heard of of this announcement and has announced that any FTWO roster members who are interested in working this summer and beyond are welcome to contact HVW offices to arrange an interview for a potential position with the company.
Alyon Mac, the apparent owner of RIW has yet to be reached for comment.
